Palletizing of materials in bags
SZGH-B2100-F-4 robot with a 100 kg payload is a
heavy-duty palletizing robot widely used in such
applications as loading and unloading of various chemicals,
and palletizing on production lines.
The figure shows the scene of a customer's chemical
material loading line where a robot manages the entire line,
thereby relieving workers of hard work and solving the
company's problem of difficult employment for the station.
Loading &unloading for production lines
SZGH-B1850-D-4 robot with a 20 kg payload can be used for
loading and unloading for single or multiple stamping presses and realize stamping operations of production lines
The figure on the right shows the production line palletizing
solution provided for a customer. The pallet size is 1.1 m×1.1 m
and the required palletizing height is 1.6 m. One robot can realize
palletizing of two pallets simultaneously, thus significantly
enhancing the efficiency of the production line and reducing labor cost
